Proceso de fabricación

CERACASA tiene una de las instalaciones más modernas del sector para la fabricación, gestión y logística de productos cerámicos como EMOTILE by CERACASA©. A lo largo de dos plantas industriales de más de 130.000 m2 que se dividen en distintas secciones que completan el proceso de CREACIÓN, DISEÑO, FABRICACIÓN, ALMACENAJE y EXPEDICIONES.

Nuestros productos

Los productos que fabrica CERACASA ofrecen durabilidad, resistencia (a detergentes, al fuego, a golpes, a impactos, a ácidos...) higiene (ausencia de olor propio o adquirido, fácil limpieza, no desprende polvo, no tiene poros) y gran belleza en todas sus versiones (pulido, satinado, mate, antideslizante...).

Tecnología avanzada

El proceso de fabricación del los productos CERACASA es muy avanzado al tener aplicada la tecnología más puntera del mercado: guía medante láser, domótica integrada, decoración mediante inyección digital, clasificación mediante visión artificial y control mediante programas específicos.

Control de calidad

Nuestros Laboratorios internos de fábrica realizan un control de entrada de materias primas, un seguimiento de la calidad de forma trazable y un control del producto acabado, para dotar a nuestros productos de una alta calidad. Igualmente, Laboratorios externos evalúan periódicamente nuestros productos y los garantizan mediante certificados técnicos.

Laboratorio

Según una estudiada formulación, se mezclan las materias primas, principalmente: feldespatos 50%, arcillas 30%, caolines 10%, arenas 9% y aditivos 1% (Defloculantes). Los pigmentos para dar el color a la pasta (pieza) varían según el modelo y se añaden a posteriori.

Molinos tipo Alsing

Esta mezcla se realiza en molinos tipo ALSING, que mediante fricción y con una carga controlada de bolas de alúmina se muele hasta obtener una mezcla de un líquido denso denominado barbotina. Esta barbotina contiene la formulación que nos dará el tipo de producto (revestimiento blanco o rojo, gres o porcelánico) y se almacena en balsas antes de colorearse.

Atomizado

Una vez coloreada la barbotina, se le realiza una extracción de la humedad mediante el proceso de Atomizado. Como su nombre bien indica, se atomiza mediante aire caliente. Esta tierra, con una humedad entre el 5–6% se almacena en silos para su posterior prensado..

Silos

Una vez que el atomizado está almacenado en silos, se mezcla para obtener un tipo u otro de revestimiento blanco o rojo, de gres o de porcelánico. Para ello CERACASA utiliza la última tecnología disponible del mercado.

Prensas

Cuando ya tenemos el tipo de atomizado se prensa en la Sección de Prensas a grandes presiones para compactarlo y dejar muy pocos huecos entre las partículas (lo que le confiere al producto la gran dureza y nula porosidad sobretodo en el porcelánico). Esta sección posee la mejor maquinaria para prensar, desde pequeños formatos (33x33 cms) hasta grandes formatos (49.1x98.2 cms), con posibilidad de llegar a formatos aún mayores

Secaderos

En esta fase la pieza tiene una humedad (entre 4–5%) que hay que eliminar en un secadero. A una temperatura constante se rebaja la humedad prácticamente a cero antes de ser decorada en la línea de decoración o esmaltación.

Líneas de decoración

Las líneas de decoración tienen una longitud de más de 200 metros. En ellas se comienza por depositar sobre el soporte inertizado y caliente una fina capa de esmalte. Posteriormente se puede decorar por tres métodos (serigrafía, huecograbado y/o inyección).

Métodos decorativos

Cada uno de estos tres métodos aporta unas características distintas. Alta, media o baja destonificación, decoración del 100 % de la superficie, de relieves o con fotografías. Sistema de inyección EMOTILE®.

Hornos

Las piezas decoradas, aún sin cocer, pasan a la sección de Hornos. En la sección de Hornos se confiere a los productos cerámicos CERACASA de las cualidades finales como producto, entre otras: su alta resistencia y baja porosidad en el porcelánico.

Temperaturas de cocción

La pieza cruda entra por una parte del horno de 115 metros de longitud y mediante rodillos que giran sobre un eje se va desplazando por su interior y recibiendo distintas temperaturas en distintos momentos (curva de cocción) que dura entre 45 y 60 minutos (ciclo de cocción). En el transcurso de este ciclo la pieza llega a estar a 1200°C. Con estas temperaturas el porcelánico alcanza las grandes propiedades antes citadas

Acabados

Una vez que el Porcelánico está cocido obtenemos el acabado del esmalte aplicado en crudo: mate, satinado o antideslizante. CERACASA ofrece en exclusiva el acabado pulido ALTO BRILLO para embellecer, aún más si cabe, todos los espacios. Las piezas esmaltadas con granillas especiales se pulen con una maquinaria de abrasionado de más de 50 metros de longitud con cuerpos móviles, que de manera continua ofrecen un brillo inigualable.

Pulidoras

Estas máquinas se llaman pulidoras. Para una mayor comodidad en la colocación y manipulación de las piezas, éstas también se rectifican y se biselan una a una, se tonifican automáticamente y se encajan para su posterior envío al almacén.

De esta forma cerramos el ciclo de creación de los productos cerámicos de CERACASA.
