La casa de todos


La "Casa Consistorial", con todas sus dependencias, enseres y personal, representa y pertenece en los sistemas democráticos a todos los ciudadanos de la población. No es patrimonio de nadie, ni de las mayorías, ni de las minorías, ni de los que se encuentran en el medio, y menos de un ciudadano en particular -por muy selecto que se le considere- o de un grupo de éstos -por más "preparados y formados" que se manifiesten-.
Esto, que es tan obvio, hay que recordarlo de vez en cuando. Las voces y los ecos parecen olvidarlo en algunas ocasiones. Es plena teoría política representativa e íntimamente unida a la modernidad. Interpretarlo de otra manera nos remonta a tiempos históricos ya felizmente erradicados y superados.

Esta página está dedicada al Ayuntamiento de la capital de La Rioja (España) desde una perspectiva histórica y con los fundamentos doctrinales expuestos. Para otras cuestiones cumple dignamente su papel la página oficial de la municipalidad.
